What's for dinner?? I know some of you here must cook. What's for dinner??

Tonight I made an oriental concoction. I browned up a couple of top round steaks, then braised them in beer. Meanwhile I made a sauce of soy blended with peaches, ginger, black pepper, garlic and onion. Once the meat was done, I added broccoli, a bit of corn, and peaches. I let them cook down then added rice, the sauce, and a bit of curry to make it more savory than sweet. Came out quite nice.

due to my migraine I had a plain microwaved potato...and was glad it stayed down...your curried steak sounded yummy Very Happy

Thankfully, I have only had one migraine in my life. I was 13. Never had one since. I hope you feel better quickly!!

this one lasted 3 days...so happy it is letting up cheers that potato was the first food in 3 days

when I have a migraine I cant keep down water...a potato is heaven....normally the first food I try...tomorrow will be an egg...Yummy...and maybe sun will not make me faint Very Happy did I mention I hate migaines Twisted Evil

I hope you are feeling better today. It must make it hard to work, though. I can't picture doing a show, with all that noise and having a migraine. YIKES.

thank goodness the dear Hubby and step son were running the shows...and I did get to eat my egg today and a slice of toast Very Happy tomorrow we will try a small meal cheers and some time outside sunny
